Here is the standard implementation for going to checkout. This can 
appear anywhere on your site you wish, but be sure not to put it inside
another <form></form> construct. 
(Nesting forms is a bad thing!)

The following example is just the bare cart tag, you will need to format
to your taste.

You can cut and paste the following example into your product test page.
Be sure and change the item variables to reflect your product.
